airtriggers and haptic feedback still not working

Good day,

I Followed instructions from ASUS's support email responsr but didn't resolve the issue.

Factory resetting my phone fixed the haptic feed back issue for a while but airtriggers still not working.

Tried downgrading to android 12 via the firmware download from the official Asus website, it briefly fixed the haptic feedback issue also but the airtriggers still don't work.

Updated again to android 13, haptic feedback and airtriggers worked for a while but currently not working again.

I'm no expert but I think it has something to do with the latest updates...

Please advise.
