bruh my air triggers is not working

I got the same problem same with the vibration both stop working. I don't know what to do I try to upgrade to android 12 but always said "upgrade failed"

Please provide more info on your phone firmware version and Android. 

Also, if you haven't done so please clear the cache by going into settings => Apps => Clear cache and storage of Armory crate and AirTriggers.
