Air Trigger Not Working and issues with game Genie and animation duration scale

Game genie stops working sometimes. Don't have screenshot of it though.

Air trigger not working. It happened all of a sudden one morning for the very first time. Did factory reset, tried safe mode (doing it fixed the issue two times but the issue just occurred again shortly afterward) , and got it checked at the service centre. They said it's software issue since when they checked the hardware, then the hardware turned out to be working fine with old software version. When i reboot my phone, then I can feel air triggers vibrate but when my phone is completely up and I go to the settings to check air triggers, then they don't work anymore. trying to go back and forth between safe mode and normal mode did fix it twice so far but it is back to the same stage where it does not work anymore.

Animation scale changes on its own. Attaching a video of how to recreate the issue.

They won't help you mate. i face the same problem too.

I went to the service center, and after a couple days, i got my phone back, the air trigger working again, and i tried to upgrade the software to Android 12 because it's the most stable, but turns out the airtriggers dead again, only active temporary. so yeah, good luck for us having ROG Phone 5/5s, the fix will never come since they just tease the Asus ROG Phone 8 so the developers need to focus to that phone.

Welp. Gotta go back to Samsung i guess. Or maybe I will try IQOO this time.

Every case is in a case to case basis, the safest way to see what could be the issue would be by creating a log and sending it as a PM so we can let R&D check what could be causing your issue.
I am writing the steps down below, feel free to send me a PM when you are done.

Please follow the below steps to enable the built-in log tool (Bug reporter).
1. Open “Calculator APP”
2. Enter “.19595+=”
3. Select the Log type according to the type of issue you want to capture. “General cases” will work for most issues.
4. After your selection the log tool will exit so you can duplicate the issue or wait for it to happen. Try to use the screen recorder to show your issue when possible. If you can't screen record your issue, then please take a screenshot right after the issue has occurred (as a timestamp) so we know where to look in the log.
5. Navigate back to the log tool via calculator and Tap "FINISH AND SHARE".
6. It takes several minutes for the log to generate. You can exit and do other stuff in the meantime. A silent notification will tell you once the process is done. Tap the notification and then the share button to upload the file to Google Drive and share the link with a moderator. Just make sure to change the permission first so that everyone with the link has permission to view it.
Note: When you're no longer planning on logging your device, enter “.09595+=” in the calculator and the log tool will stop as well as deleting all stored log files. Make sure to share via calculator. The files found in internal storage -> asus_log are not the correct files (they are only 1.2kb)
