So I had the ROG 5 ultimate since Christmas and hadn't tried the aerocooler until not long ago. All was fine until last night when I noticed that the fan wasn't spinning, the buttons still work and register. It doesn't sound or feel like the fan is trying to move as if something was jamming it. I tried restarting, shutting down and taking it off and putting it back on as well as trying all the settings in the console but nothing seemed to work.
Is there a known issue? Am I able to fix it or have it fixed or am I just out of luck?
