aeroactive cooler 6 for rog 5/5s series not working on my rog 5s pro. pls help me. i attached the cooler and it work for just like a seconds then it shuts off suddenly. idk how it did but right now it's still not working

android 11&12. but when i attach the cooler it doesn't work only the charger port of the cooler works
