Aeroactive cooler 6 issue

As you can see, the cooler has been turned off for almost two days. It's a joke? How can i fix this? And why did all the firmware on the phone disappear from the site?

You can only wait until the time expire and thanks to asus best software support you have problem like this becouse there is zero logic in this to have locked phone cooler for 43+ hours 🤣🤣🤣
