Aero Active Cooler 5 stopped working after update

Fan stopped working after updating to latest firmware. The Lighting works but the fan is not spinning. I have tried resetting the device and detaching/reattaching the Aero Active Cooler 5 but still it is not working. I have set it on the highest setting already.
