After a update wifi and hotspot are not Toggle on, it is going off automatically, it's a software issue, give the proper software update to solve the problem
Downgrade to .272 update and check if the issue is fixed then it's surely Asus trying to update our devices to make it slower and faulty so we can buy new devices
