Thank you for your asking. More than 5 worldwide users above reported that the issue is solved in their device. Please re-install Netflix and wait for the system synchronization. Besides, your release note is different from mine, where did you purchased the device? Have you ever unlocked/rooted/flashed custom rom on your device?

Not Rooted/unlocked and purchased from flipkart .
I have tried uninstalled Netflix and reboot multiple times
