Usb headphones with OTG connector low sounw

I just bought a new usb headphone. When I use it with my mobile, sound is very low but with my laptop it's very good. I changed my OTG connector but still this problem remains

I am not using any headphones but I am using sony extra base 3.5 jack earphones with type c convertor came with the device and i dont have any low sound problem as it is opposite that i can't use it about 80% due to very high sound level 😬

There can be compatibility issues.
I use different types and brands of earphones/headphones. Wired headphones, Wireless and wired earphones all work perfectly fine.
