You should be able to change it if you connect your phone with another phone via a USB C to USB C cable

I have the same problem but with the headphones it does not recognize them on the other side usb
any solution?

This just happened to me today as well. Now i cant connect to PC via USB and also my usb c earphones cannot be connected at all.
