problem with usb side port asus rog phone 3

There are times when the side port of the smartphone fails, only when I connect my headphones with the 3.5mm cable or when I connect the dongle! Is there any solution? I already restarted the factory equipment! has the latest update ww Thanks

I have the same problem but with the headphones it does not recognize them on the other side usb any solution?
