Unable to unlock bootloader

Hello,
I am having trouble unlocking the bootloader with the unlock device tool. When i try it, it says "an unknown error occurs, which maybe a network connection issue, please wait and try again later [10]"
I have an Asus ROG phone 3 (Asus I003DD), tencent version,
Android 12, (31.0210.0210.243)

Yup, Tencent editions are indeed as Danishblunt mentioned.
If you got it recently I would highly recommend to contact your reseller and ask for your money back.
