Tencent version android 11 update

Guys recently I understand that this version never gets Android 11 OTA update. Is it true?
If this is true what is the solution?

Tencent phones flashed with WW firmware will lack automatic updates due to configuration mismatch.
You will have to update it manually
However this is not a configuration that we are supporting and we recommend you to contact your reseller for a refund.

So you mean I can update from Asus site manually.
A firmware that has WW prefix but on my own risk? Because I saw so many complains about the android 11 update.
