The mobile is delivered to me yesterday and iam facing network issue plz help me ..
I spend 50k on this device feeling very sad .. not expected .
Suddenly network goes down and reconnects again ..
Not able to connect to some WiFi networks also .

Hi @chanakya213,

Try the below:

  1. Change SIM slots, use the same SIM on a different phone and check if network is stable
  2. Run SMMI test

How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)

Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "

you will be entered to SMMI_TEST_V4.1.35

Select Receiver1_Test=>Press Start to check 

Factory reset once. Do let me know.

My sim card is working fine in other device
Iam also tried to use another sim card in my phone the same thing is happening (signal drop issue)
My device also not able to connect to some WiFi networks except mobile hotspots.
Iam fallowed the instructions which you provided iam also done factory reset still the problem exist

It happening with my Rog 3 phone as well kindly suggest the resolution

This happens to me too. I switched my sim to the sim 2 tray and so far it has not given me any issues. But as per poster this happened to me when my sim was in sim 1 tray, network goes off...even wifi cant seem to find anything.
