Serious issue of video stuttering and frame lag on amazon prime

Rog3 not rooted latest 122 version
Rog 3 is suffering alot in vidoe playback. YouTube is fine but watching any movie and series on Netflix and Amazon prime is stuttering alot and frames lagging makes it unable to watch. Tried different frame rates 60,90,120,144 and auto. Tried uninstalling apps and reinstalling. Nothing works. Same movies and series is Playing fine on my 3 years on pixel 3 xl in hd 1080p but rog 3 is trash. I though rog 3 will get better but its getting worst. Please look in it. Im attaching a video of issue

The videos just black (probably a copyright thing) but have you got Disable HW overlays enabled under dev settings?
I'm thinki that if it's *disabled* it could be lagging

Yes because of copyright video is blank. But , Overlays are enable . I tried its with both hw overlays enable and disable. Still no luck

Everything is started after the latest update .122. before that everything was fine
