Screen sleep issue.

The screen sleeps while scrolling instagram. The phone doesn't get locked. I can hear all the instagram video sounds but the screen gets blackened. Also while on a call, the screen is more sensitive to sensors. If I want to use another app during a call, I need to first lock the phone and then perform my task. I should be able to directly open other apps. Also in the app like telegram,the video keeps playing in the background even though I have pressed the home button.

Hi,
I have been using the same Apps and never occured to me.
For Calls, if you hover your hands near to earpiece the sensor will for sure detect.
Please let me know your current software version - Go to setting => System => About => Software information.
