SBI Yono fail to load

Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Yono by SBI
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

App crash as soon as i launch it, tried reinstalling the app but still no use, Yono app is updated to latest version.

Will update to A11 when its stable, cuz many issues now as per forum threads. Right now updated to .147 and still Yono not working. All other apps from SBI are working only SBI Yono Is not working even Yono UK is opening properly.

Thanks for reporting. I can see you have updated the App, phone's software still the App doesn't work.

Can you share a video of the issue.

I will check and revert if the phone logs are required to troubleshoot the issue. Yono App works for few and issue for some so need to go 1 by 1

Yes G/pay and phonePe is working perfectly fine no problem at all with them.

What about Zenfone 5z SBI yono app crashing issue???
I was told that you are looking into the matter but then no response and yesterday my thread was closed with no response from officials. I have already provided logs and video proofs.
Any help from your side is always appreciated sir

I saw the video. I don't have such issue at all. In your case, the app is failing to launch. Maybe you need to collect the logs and share with the mods.
BTW did you try resetting the phone?
And FYI, A11 is pretty stable and smooth. So, you can upgrade the firmware

Only 1 app is having the issue I don't think i should reset the phone for 1 app, and mabye A11 is stable for you and your usage but in here we have many bugs and complaints for A11, few like Hyper Charge, proximity sensor, screen cast.
