SBI Yono fail to load

Firmware Version: 17.0823.2102.143
Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Yono by SBI
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

App crash as soon as i launch it, tried reinstalling the app but still no use, Yono app is updated to latest version.

Whats ur firmware on Rog 3, i have to update my Rog to April 2021. Is everything ok after update or you had to reset to factory settings

I'm currently on latest .138 firmware. I was in beta testing so everything has been working fine ever since I'm on A11, didn't need to reset the phone. But if your problem persists only after upgrading to A11 then you can reflash firmware or reset your phone

I have an update waiting for .147 which i am not sure to go with, cuz few had problems with the udate and had to reset the device to factory. I am haivng this Yono issue from Dec 2020 update of Yono after that i keep updating the app but still no use

Just update to A11 than do a factory reset and that might just fix all your issues

Will update to A11 when its stable, cuz many issues now as per forum threads. Right now updated to .147 and still Yono not working. All other apps from SBI are working only SBI Yono Is not working even Yono UK is opening properly.

Hi g4m3raddict,
Thanks for reporting. I can see you have updated the App, phone's software still the App doesn't work.
Can you share a video of the issue.
I will check and revert if the phone logs are required to troubleshoot the issue. Yono App works for few and issue for some so need to go 1 by 1
