Wrong subforum but I am surprised. I didnt think 3dmark would be enough to cause throttling, he once again only tests 1 aspect which in this case is the GPU, expect more performance degradation on actual games which use GPU and CPU.
Note also, he used the black shark cooler which is superior to the rog5 one as well.

It's not throttling because of 30c system temp, it's throttling because of 105c SoC temperature.
