I too did. The technician visited today evening and the replacement was rejected again. The reason "troubleshooting steps solved the issue". I am gonna scold them tomorrow afternoon.

If it fades then nothing to worry about.

CpzSo second time you did not get a technician? Like in how many days did you raise return request second time? My return request was rejected yesterday. I called them today they said they have escalated it.
