Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: When in low brightness
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): every app that has black color in general
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Yes we do. There's a FOTA coming now in September that includes additional improvements to black crush. Please get back to us with your feedback after testing it out.

Anxiously waiting for it. I love this device but the content consumption has been painful. Please tell us ETA on the update. Thanks for responding consistently despite that some of these threads have been really toxic.
