Game sound problem footsteps left right issue

So finally testing all earphones I am sure there a problem in rog 3. I can't able to listen footsteps clear left or right issue. Can u please tell me how to solve this issue

Hi,
Make sure you are on latest software version which is .58, you can check by
Go to setting => About => Software information.
Test with a different game or you can wait for an update.
Go to settings => Audio Wizard and check if changing settings helps
Kindly visit the nearest service center as this can't be checked remotely or through a video:
Due to the lockdown, service centers may not be functional. Kindly call the service center before you visit one.
