Could you back up your data and perform a factory reset and see if this will solve it? If this did not solve your issue, then I will recommend you to visit your nearest ASUS Service Center.

Hi,

Pls find attached the information related to my phone operating with android 12, it is a dog 3. After the last update hotspot and wifi are dead. The Mac of the wifi card showing unavailable. Appreciate if you have a hint for restoring back the wifi service.
