Okay got the update and VoLTE works now. Glad the update did not take long to reach my phone. Now to work on VoWIFI but that will be a separate issue.. thanks @Mattias_ASUS

Does your carrier use VoLTE only for voice can you make phone calls? The update had country designations maybe yours wasn't on it?
