I just hope they fix WiFi calling while they are at it. T-Mobile customers haven't had that since possibly as far back as the Android 11 update.

Yeah, same. It worked in A10 when I got the phone, and broke in A11.
Also having some places where 5G won't work unless I force NR/LTE mode in the testing menu, which seems like it should be a carrier thing except the other ROG 3 in my family, still on A11, isn't doing that. @Mattias_ASUS any chance this upcoming patch will tweak other radio issues besides VoLTE?
