I don't think removing the Volte feature was done deliberately, because if they really didn't bother they wouldn't even pursue Android 12. Risks of unexpected bugs in new updates are always there, happens with other brands as well. Hopefully the mods can expedite this issue and get the team to circulate the fix soon

SapphireCometWhich is ironic because this all but guaranteed I'll never buy an ASUS product ever again.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/218955#Comment_218955
Bull.
The more I think about it the more I agree with the train of though this is just planned obsolescence to get people to get ROG Phone 6.
The devs have known about this major issue for months and have not done a damn thing about it.
Either way, whether it be through incompetence or greed this is unacceptable.

xombie17Im 100% onboard with any potential class action. Sometimes big companies need to learn a lesson about dicking over their customers.I could definitely look into a lawsuit for loss of income, considering phone calls are 90% of my sales.
Plus, if they activated VOWIFI, which they absolutely CAN DO, it wouldn't even matter! We could just use that until they fix VOLTE!
Asus, you better fix this, and quickly. Or offer me a ROG phone 5 at a heavily reduced cost. That would also work.
