I have brought device August 12 ,2020 through flipkart first sale at 6auhust. I was very happy until i open netflix ,it has vert bad black crush issue even at full brightness ,in 50pecent brightness colour washed out heavy black crush issue is this hardware or software issue??anyway im just gonna refund ....but i asked some of YouTubers they have none issue ,but for fellow customers only have this😓. I decided to live with this but some of units have no issue why i wanna live with this issue for years so i try to get refund and but 12gb varient.
In YouTube crush issue is little low when compared to netflix and amazon prime ,rather than that this dev is beast 😍
I have noticed heat in aero active coller side(40°to43°) always while playing pupg at 90hz,balanced,extream . although I'm staying in AC room 22°c all time!

But does it mean I can't inform or report the bugs I am facing..here in the official forum..no.. for all those blabbering defending idiots.. get a job.. do something useful. No we face the black crush issue but we have a life and we use the phone as it was marketed to us,for GAMING
Anyways yes they have addressed this multiple times but none of you give them credit for that
Besides, pixel works it responsible,not asus but that's an argument for another time

Please share the known update shared by Asus and what about life? I didn't get you. What do you mean that? Please explain yourself.
And I hardly play games but it's good to have powerful gaming spec phone. Choice is mine. I just want the fix and I'm not interested in whose responsibility is it. Cos in the end I'm facing this serious issue and this is not acceptable at all cos watching video is just a basic thing a person will do on his phone unlike you. If don't mind blackcrush at all then good for you. Why stressing this topic? You can't force us to embrace blackcrush.
And I'm facing widevine issue as well for which they said that they will fix this on upcoming fota so I am waiting for that.
And I will continue to take follow up until my issues are fixed that's very generous thing I'm doing for them and others so that can deliver the fix for everyone.
