Can you do the following, if nothing works please visit the service center:
Restart your phone
Factory reset once
Check for any new software version
If it is related to hardware, run SMMI test to check for hardware issues
How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
