Reverse charging issue for more than 6 month

Still #ASUSU company dosent care for our issue ... suppose to give us a sulotion not to ignore us ...if the issue from software you have to update the frameware or if it hardware suppose to change our phones with new one

I cannot tell from your problem description what kind of issue you have with reverse charging? If it's not working or if you get a message even when you're not reverse charging?
If you've had it for more than 6 months, then you don't have a ROG phone 3 and this is the wrong section
If we have previously said that you have a hardware issue, then there's no magical way of fixing it without a repair.
