Make sure your phone is on the latest firmware version is .70 for best experience.

It is their way of fixing black crush issue.
You have 2 option
Rid of red tint but with black crush
Rid of black crush but with red tint
It is a compromise you will have to accept.
Red tint is on ROG Phone 2 since launch and they have no mean to fix it yet.
