problem network sim card 1&2 after update 17.0823.2008.78

after 1 update 17.0823.2008.78 my phone always lost signal especialy simcard2 not detect the card
and i switch simcard 2 to simcard 1 and simcard that i put in simcard2 tray not geting signal
and there is notification telephony service that sim 2 not allowed
please fix this problem asap I have to work using both network

Have the same issue here
if I’m using only sim 1 slot it’s working fine
but when I start plug my sim 2 it ruin both sim card
and if I’m using only sim 2 it couldn’t work at all
@Titan_ASUS please help us bro
or I will return this phone to the asus store 😢😢😢

karena banyak orang indonesia di sini
kata admin asus rog di ig imei sim tray2 belum terdaftar karena penuh
techbiz.id/2020/09/kapasitas-ceir-penuh-kemenperin-tidak-bisa-input-imei
tapi saya cek imei hp rog saya dua duanya di imei.kemenperin.go.id
semua imeinya 1&2 sudah terdaftar
jadi kata beberapa orang di chat tokped asus mobile indonesia
-ketika simcard di masukin di simtray2 tapi imei simtray2 belum terdaftar ...simcard kita di anggap ilegal sama pemerintah karena masuk imei ilegal jadi simya gak bakal dapet izin untuk terima sinyal
-nah saya gantilah kartunya BARU dan belum pernah masuk ke untuk sim tray 2
-tetep aja CUK gak ada sinyal hadeh

Hi Team,
Due to the latest update on 10-4-2020 I am facing network /sim issues. Phone is losing network any time during the day then I am searching and updating network in my phone.

This is a serious concern please fix your sim card related issues with new patch soon.
