On A10, it just optimized your Phone, but on A11 it also force closing background apps.

Don't know if it's just an Issue on my device, but as long as I don't click on it, I'm getting my Game Notifications like always, but if I click on that Optimize Device Button in A11, my Game Notifications only starts appearing if I open the App/Game again.
This issue or maybe Bug? wasn't at A10.
