Not getting VoLTE.

Hello, as you can see in the below picture, I'm not getting Airtel VoLTE but all of my other Airtel users are getting it, please help.

Please try the below steps and confirm
Make sure your phone is on the latest firmware version is .143
Go to settings => SIM => Check if 4G calling is enabled
Check the same SIM with a different phone
Factory reset your phone once
