Network recived call problem

I have problem when i recived call from anyone i Can not hear the interlocutor and same situation for he Can not hear me , i tried to fix this problem by restore as default but still same problem, this problem coccured only with recived call but for outgoing call its no prblem

I had this issue before, i had to do a factory reset which solved the issue.

I also do factory reset...and before setting it will be okay....but when I set up all app then again same problem....
