My type c to 3.5 mm ear phone dongle is not working. Tried connecting it to different earphones

At first time, I also faced same problem. But when I pushed earphone plug into adapter dongle fully, audio started working. I pushed till click sound came. Usb c side of dongle is fine.

The dongle may not work with other phone.
For ROG Phone 3 try what kranthi has suggested. Also, make sure it fits perfectly.

Then you need to contact ASUS support or Service Center to get a new dongle if the bundled one has stopped working
