Microphone and Speaker Activation Issue with ROG Phone 3 during Wireless Earphone Usage

I'm facing an issue with my ROG Phone 3. When using wireless earphones during online gaming, both the phone's speaker and microphone stay active, hindering the exclusive use of the earphones' microphone. I've checked in-game and system settings without success. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

Is this happening just with the wireless earphones, or with wired ones as well? Also, what earphones are using?

only with wireless earbuds, any wireless headphones

Can you please give us a little more info:

1. Software version

2. What brand and model are the earbuds? Does it also happen when connecting other wireless earbuds?

3. Explicit conditions
-What game he is playing?
-microphone? game built-in or what app he is using during the game?

I don't have any issue with connection and calling or playing music , the problem is when im in online games and when i active microphone, the wireless earbuds not working and both speaker and microphone of the phone actives, and i can't use earbuds microphone in online games, and i see that screen shot and its not working when i active microphone
