@tahsinalmanaan Make sure you are using the side-mounted USB-C port and not the bottom one. If the cable and monitor are compatible you should not have any problems connecting your ROG Phone 3 to your TV.
If there is an issue with the usb-c port you will need to reach out to the service center for further instructions. But before doing so, I would test it out with another cable to verify if the one you're using is faulty.
