Key mapping feature

Key mapping not visible after I start pubg mobile
Keyboard and mouse are connected but unable to configure the keys as required as their is no option available on the game genie while we are playing the game
Key mapping is available in settings but when the game starts unable to see the key mapping feature in game genie
