So I have noticed one thing that in my ROG PHONE 3 when I double tap clear all in recent apps list, it says "system optimized" is this a bug or feature? If it's a feature, what it actually optimize? Please let me know.

Hi if it shows system optimized it means RAM has been cleared and system is optimized for better performance. Part of UI.

All phones do that. My S20 Ultra does it, its built into Android.
