Make sure you are on latest software version which is .99 if not, you can check by
Go to setting => System => About => Software information.
Try using a different headphone and check.
If issue still persists try safe mode and Factory reset your once.
Safe Mode Steps:
Hold power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
