FPS Drops when on Discord Call and also when Screen Recording

I get framedrops, (from 55-60 FPS down to 25-40 FPS) which is actually a massive drop when on Discord Call during gaming (Tested on Ragnarok M, Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact, and others).
Is there anyone experiencing the same? It's not like this on my previous ROG 2 where I can record gameplay without framedrops

Hopefully they can do something about this, especially the recording part, I record all the time from my ROG 2 and it's not like this. I need to post videos too 😞

My ROG3 on Discord Call will get very hot, about 56°C, and when it at a call 1 hour may suddenly not output the voice.
