Someone help with this. I'm feeling so bad about this. I was ASUS ZENFONE MAX PRO M2 USER. My older phone is still with me it's a 5000mah phone still this 6000mah ROG 3 can't race with my old phone.
And heat issue the left side Aerodynamic system it's getting too hot even for normal whatsapp use.
Sometimes the screen get strucked like something. I can't do anything for few seconds. It's just my second with this phone. Please help.

Hi, when you say that your SOT(Screen on Time) has gone down, can you share the SOT after trying the below:
1. Charge the battery to 100% & use as per your normal usage pattern
2. When the battery strength reaches 10%, go to settings = Battery => Tap on the battery icon & share the graph
3. settings => Battery => Check the screen & share the same

For heat, can you open the Armory crate App and share a screenshot.
