I have contacted Microsoft help who have come in remotely; Updated, reinstalled, gone to camera settings and yet the camera is turned off. So using in Teams or Zoom the camera has a line through it. Press F10 and it's turned off regardless of what you do. How do I get someone to look at this as need it for work reasons?
