Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ROG 3 Global
Firmware Version: .70
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
========================================
I use 2 sim cards in my device and I've switched on Dual Sim Call Forwarding feature.
Every time I switch off my device or restart the device this feature automatically switches off and I have to switch it on manually.
Please check into this issue.

sagarthukralThis is the reply I got (Google translation from Chinese)https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/119335#Comment_119335
Managed to lower the size. Ignore the fire emoji, it's to hide the numbers.
Got .78 FOTA today. And this is still the same

This is by design. Dual SIM Dual Standby is an action that simplifies call forwarding registered with the carrier The users phone cannot spend more than 30 seconds after each restart to lock the use of the machine, and query the current call transfer status to the telecom provider Therefore, the UI side can only display the status as closed, so as to avoid abnormal status on both the DUT and the telecom side. However, if the user does not change the SIM card service with the carrier or other mobile phone, or replace the SIM card, this mutual transfer mechanism still exists.
So what he's saying is that the forwarding should still be in effect even if the UI says that it's disabled
I hope you're satisfied with this reply?
