I purchased ROG Phone 3 last December 2020, in the latest update, there still black crush. Is this normal in ROG Phones?

Yes it is normal and Asus is working on it. it will be improved with future firmwares.

In all honesty tho the forums have quietened down quite a lot since the a11 beta and .143 patch dropped and the mods have been responding alot more with *actual* information more recently
