Device is not Certified

If You go to Google Play --> Profile --> Settings --> About--> Device Certification.

It shows device not certified. Does it mean Asus has forcefully removed the certification and forcing users to go for new mobile?

I can't duplicate. Mine shows certified:

Not sure what's causing it for you. Could be a regional thing? I'm in the US using a WW/TW device. Or maybe an issue with the version of the Play Store app? Noticed yours is outdated.

Only other possible thing I could think of is making sure the Google Play system is updated (System Settings ► Security & lock screen).

Outside of that, no idea. Didn't even know Play Protect certification was a thing until now.

But still enable to play Netflix HD or uhd
