Reset the APN to default, then restart your phone if not worked, try your provider alternative proxy

I have the exact same issues with my 1 week old rog 3 phone. I have confirmed that my sim with 4G is working but the phone have problem to get 3g and 4g data.
To solve this problem temporary I had to do delete all APN and then restore to default. But still didn't get 4G but 3g+ worked. But after few moments if I connect to WiFi and then discount WiFi the mobile data will be gone again.

Yes maybe someone from asus can tell us som answer if this is a bug in software or just something wrong with the hardware.
Isnt this asus support?
