Check the status of F10 Camera Hotkey.
Give your apps permission.
Update and confirm BIOS / Windows packages / drivers with the latest version on your PC.
Enable and reinstall Camera driver in Device Manager.
Use Restore Point to restore the system.
Reset the system.
