Blur spots in middle of every wide angle photo.

I tried clearing camera storage and also tried safe mode but nothing happens.

Its defnitely a software glitch. For some reason the phone thinks the ultrawide sensor has a focus that can change. Can you open the stock camera app, switch to manual mode and then switch to ultrawide. Do you see AF on the screen? If not then try to make a picture from distance and see if you still have the issue. I'm 99.999999% sure this is a software glitch.

In manual mode, when you put the wide angle, the AF button is deactivated and cannot be pressed.
